"The store is big and I thought the prices must he competitive,but I was wrong.The items are overpriced when compare to the other nearby stores. And also if you buy items from here always check the best before/expiry.I bought a snack from here and luckily I checked the back of the packaging and it has already passed it best before date.And when I tried to notify this to management the answer was its not expired, best before date is not relevant.And if I am not happy I can go to other store.I took there valuable advice and I Will never go back to this store again."
"A one stop grocery store where everything is available. Also, my recent experience with this store was amazing. It is a leading grocery store in the area. When visiting them you will find a wide selection of items in reasonable prices. The staff is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. "I am writing this review because of the extremely bad experience from the store management as well as from the staff. I added a photo which explains a 10 kg bag of Mayil Matta rice which was $24 a week ago, on 27th it has reached $40 and now heading to reach $50. It is a clear evidence of looting customers. If you can drive another 4 km,other shops are selling same brand and same amount for $25. Today, I went to return the bag of rice, the girl at the front was helpless. A new board placed at the front stating no returns are permitted. When I told them that I have come to return bag of rice, the guy who spoke to me was very rude and stated that I cant return it. I told him clearly that theday i purchased, there was no board and the receipt does not say so and demanded I needed a cash back. After long talk he agreed to return it and he challengedthat he can easily sell this in 10 minutes with higher prices. I felt totally frustrated with his attitude and service from them. I won't give any stars for today's experience."
"Bought mixed sweets today and some of them were stale/off and taste had changed. Girl said, they were fresh sweets but that was a lie for sure. They were good to go straight into bin. Complete waste of money and bad for health. Generally I hesitate to leave bad comments but some of these sweets were so unhealthy, I had to advise. Very disappointed guys"
