I've had a very good experience so far and my treatment has progressed well with considerable reduction in my hair growth. The team of specialists at LCA, Hornsby are very professional, courteous and helpful (for instance, absolutely no dramas when I wanted to change my treatment dates, etc.) However, I would like to specifically compliment Janette who not only is super professional and great with the task, she's also very sweet and humble (I had to literally ask her about where I can leave her a review!).
