"I have worked within the health industry for the past 21yrs. I have worked with many, many drs. The female Dr that I encountered, at this practice- shame on you! Rude, degrading, lack of knowledge and bed side manner was disgusting. I am surprised this practice is still operating. When is accreditation due?!"

They are so organised and polite at all times. Dr Ajdari has been my GP for the last 13 years, and he is one of the most knowledgeable, experienced, professional and skilled Dr I've ever seen. Thank you, Dr Ajdari and all people working in this centre and delivering outstanding services to everyone. I would strongly recommend this medical centre to all Sydney residents."

"Had a very bad experience with Dr. Ajdari today. It was my first visit but he did’nt even look at me while I was talking. Did’nt even examine me. At the end he said he did’nt have more time to spend on me since its a busy day and other patients are waiting. Rude, unprofessional and grumpy. The only thing they care about is money. $30 for first visit, thats cruel."

"I had an X-ray ordered for my daughter from this practice. The X-ray was faxed on a Monday so I made an appointment that afternoon to see the doctor. They told me the X-ray was not there and to come the following day. So I made an appointment for the following afternoon by which time this was urgent - it was a potential back injury. Not emergency but still urgent - spoke with the receptionist Tuesday morning and they said the X-ray had arrived so made a 4.15pm appointment. Came to pick up X-ray report and receptionist couldn’t find it and said I would have to wait for the doctor. Waited 1 1/4 hours for our appointment and had to intervene because the doctor was about to see a previous patient for a second inquiry before us! I jumped in and said I was not leaving the consulting room until I was seen after waiting this long. She then checked records and told me the x ray wasn’t there. I called the radiologist and he proceeded to tell me he had now faxed it three times and then re-faxed. It was actually with them three days ago sitting in their fax machine. Would NEVER attend this practice again. Unprofessional, disorganised and rude."

"Terrible experience by Dr Tamanna Parvin today. Being in the medical field myself, I know what level of professionalism and sensitivity is required, and there was none of that today. There's no place for smirks or smart comments from a GP when you share your most vulnerable side. Trying to briefly explain 3 years worth of experiences for it to be dismissed after 5 minutes. I work with specialist doctors everyday, so I rarely need to see a general practitioner. Looks like basic medicine of listening to your patient and clinically diagnosing has died at this practice. Unfortunately I had to be blunt for her to listen properly and wipe the smirk off her face. Thanks for trying to apologise (more like justify) over the phone after your poor consult, but don't ever waste my time."
