"Avoid. Ultra quick consults. You don’t feel heard, I’m unsure whether it’s arrogance or they’re just too busy to listen but I agreed to a nasal swab and specifically asked whether this was for Covid, I was told no then I received a Covid result via text a few days later, it may seem like a minuscule matter to most but it really irritated me. Also I was told it was okay to take a blood test NOT fasted and when my results returned my cholesterol Was high and was immediately prescribed cholesterol medication without any investigation into my diet or the non fasted test. I’m a young healthy man that trains regularly and I would of been on cholesterol meds and who knows the side effects those meds would of caused. Since then I’ve cleaned up my diet and returned to my amazing gp who was on holidays."

"I had a terrible experience at Kellyville Medical Centre last week. The receptionist's (Naveetha) customer service was extremely unprofessional and rude, especially when interacting with fellow Asians. Her lack of basic etiquette and dismissive attitude were disappointing. Due to this unpleasant encounter, I will not be returning, and my wife, mother, and two kids will also be seeking medical care elsewhere. It's unfortunate that the doctors may lose five customers because of the receptionist's poor manners. Management should address this issue promptly to maintain the medical center's reputation."

"An INR testing is done on urgent basis so that right amount of blood thinner can be taken, especially if it is fluctuating. The test was done on 17th April at 1050 hrs and until now today at 1015 hrs on 18th April, there is no report. I contacted the clinic and was advised that the concerned Clinical Lab had not done the testing. I also contacted the clinical lab but they were totally lost. Kellyville Medical and Laser Centre did the right thing and wrote them a letter too but to no avail. I have no complaints against the Medical centre but definitely against the separate entity, Clinical Labs whose service is very unprofessional. They should know that INR is done on urgent basis. I endeavour to take this matter to higher level where the concerned clinical lab conduct is very unprofessional."
