"Nothing but rude arrogant reception staff..spoke to Nicole , which I call Karen ... I had to cancel twice from seeing one of the pain clinic Drs which I called with enough warning for someone else to be able to take an appt and I was told by the Nicole (karen) on the reception desk phone that the Dr will not see you again in future because you have cancelled to.many times .. I have cancelled twice , one as I had covid / migraine with it so I guess I could of still gone and spread covid thru there clinic had I not had the migraine and the 2nd time cancelling just now , I have to have urgent day surgery procedure that unfortunately has to come first .. Not to mention you wait 6 to 8 months for an appt with this clinic to start with.. anyone looking for a reliable , friendly, non judgemental n caring pain clinic , I suggest DO NOT go to Western Sydney Pain Clinic .. your treated like absolute trash ... There is a very good pain clinic in Parramatta and also another couple in Penrith pain centres who have very good reviews and no doubt somewhat respectful and caring towards there patients... doesn't pay to be a nasty Karen at any Drs reception desks let alone at a pain clinic where patients are suffering and trying to cope with chronic pain everyday and then dealing with this kind of pathetic behaviour .. its not nice .. not sure this would pass as an excuse for being rejected as a patient due to cancelling 2 appts with legit excuses if a complaint was made to the medical board.. Nicole , you should be ashamed of yourself ."
"PROFESSOR TILLAMAN has been treating me since 2019 he is a person who will try to have you live comfortably. Been through many operations and procedures we have found one that works but will always continue in 6 month blocks to stay on top. I also see Madula which is a psychologist there and has been helpfully over the past 4 years and many years to come. Dealing with pain isn't a easy fix there is so many t4ial and errors you need to get through before you find the right one. What works for me may not work for you."
"I saw Dr Deshpande, she has a really good manner. Listened inventively and made me feel at ease. It was one of the first times I did not feel all my pain was in my head. I had the Radiofrequency treatment, it has not been that long but I have been 95% pain free so fare and do I feel so much better. All I can say about Dr Deshpande she is a very good doctor."
"Absolutely deplorable and dangerous. I saw Tim Ho in more than 4 years ago. He brushed my pains off and told me it was in my head. I had already had one fusion and laminectomy and since the time of tims pathetic diagnosis of me being a liar, I have had another lumbar fusion and 3 more laminectomy. If I listened to this shonk I would be in a wheel chair from going back to work without correct diagnosis. They care about corporate money. Stay clear."
"Dr Tim Tim Ho has been treating me for sometime now. He is always so happy, professional and pleasant and willing to do whatever he can to help me with my chronic pain issues. Anna and Alita on the front desk are really lovely and helpful. I highly recommend."
