"There is a lost art to medical practice as time has evolved. These days, due to a range of issues, most doctors seem to be invested in spending as little time with patients as possible and processing them like cattle, with little regard for the emotional impact of an illness. Dr Youssef is a call-back to an era where your doctor knew you and took the time to understand the emotional with the physical ailment. Her demeanour is a something of a kindly old grandparent, listening with focus and understanding to the issue and taking the time to focus on all areas of the problem to ensure the diagnosis is as accurate as possible. There is a drawback to such practice and namely that is Dr Youssef's eternally packed schedule and waiting room in a world that demands everything run to time and doctors must rush through every appointment for someone's perceived sense of self-importance and entitlement. While I admit even I have waited in discomfort due to illness as Dr Youssef tends to a medical community that clearly warms to her touch and style, I'd rather wait for this doctor, then be a piece of line cattle elsewhere. Besides, how many single practice Doctors take both appointments and walk-ins? I'm sure people will take gripe with this review or think it's some sort of paid endorsement or some other ridiculous over glowing sense of niceness, but ask yourself, do you surround yourself with sick patients all day, some with extremely gross illnesses, and give them all of your time and effort to heal them and ensure they have the best quality of life? I'd argue that any person who undertakes such work deserves an honest appraisal of the good work they do."

"I attended Dr Youseff's practice yesterday for a flu jab. The only reason I went there was because I couldn't get the jab elsewhere, earlier and I was keen to get it out of the way. I was appreciative of being booked in promptly, 2 days prior having identified her practice off the internet. I have another long term GP. The practice was busy, with a number of young families there. Sure, I was seen around half an hour after my appointed time but there are signs up alerting patients to possible delays due to more complex patients. I was in no hurry. When I did see Dr Y, she was great. She didn't just process me as a routine jab. She asked some basic questions and took some basic observations as any competent GP should. I have no knowledge of her qualifications and experience, but on on my observations she was fine."
