Our focus areas include hospitality, conservation land management, and woodworking, where we train and equip our friends to reconnect with their communities and sow goodness.

As a not-for-profit social enterprise, our mission is to empower communities to mentor, nurture, and impart life skills to individuals who have limited opportunities. Since our establishment in 2015, we have been committed to creating a positive change in the lives of at-risk people through workplace mentoring. Our programs cater to participants on a short, medium, and long-term basis, ensuring that we provide ongoing support and guidance.
