"I'm only giving two stars because the pizza was actually nice. Otherwise would give one star! I came in person and already ordered and paid and only then was told it's a 40 minute wait. I drove six minutes there so decided to wait and went walking. After 40 minutes came back and they said the pizza was in the oven. 15 minutes later got told another five minutes. All up the wait was 1.5 hours. Someone ordered 45 minutes later than me but got their pizza before me. So I'm pretty sure they actually lost my order! They didn't apologise much or offer me any kind of compensation."
"The pizzas here are nice but they are not gourmet Italian style. So if you can accept that, they are good. I have a sensitive stomach at times but the pizzas here don't annoy my stomach. They do say 10 minutes for pickup online but that sometimes is 20 or 30 minutes during busy times."
"Normally okay pizza. But just received a no.4 hot puttanesca. No fresh tomatoes, or chili. But a mountain of cheese. Rang up and said ran out of fresh tomato. Pizza was very bad. Just got a sorry, but I reckon if I requested an extra I would of course have been charged. They have left out 2 ingredients,. No discount here. Lost me as a customer."
