"Food was delicious, however waitress was rather rude. She went to put a very hot pasta dish infront of my toddler and I tried to stop her by grabbing the plate, to which she yanked back and said "can you not wait" then proceeded to place it, after i asked her to put it in front of her not us, next to my son who immediately went for it. Innocent mistake to make of course, but no need to be rude and make a customer feel like a child being told off. I worked in hospo for about 10 years, you never put food or drink in front of young children."

"I went to get 2 cappuccinos I waited half an hour to have them made when they were given to me they were absolutely disgusting so I took them back . Sitting their and observing while I was waiting was an absolute joke 1 girl was running around like a chook with her head cut off and the other woman was answering phones taking orders for customers and trying to serve the in house customers as well the whole experience was a joke and poorly run by management. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone , I witnessed customers getting angry sending food back to the kitchen and getting very angry about the meal wait times . 1 gentleman expressed that he waited an hour for a soft drink seriously what a joke ."

"Firstly, we reserved a table for six and only 4 of us had joined waiting for the others to get, it was like fast and furious at getting our food ordered and never asked for a drink order first. 4 times in 10 minutes they asked for our food order. Then they couldn't even get our order right after repeating it to us. The scallipini dishes were not. Just big slabs of meat (should be thinly sliced and battered) thrown on a plate with some sort of mushroom sauce. Apollo e avacado, was in Alfredo sauce and not white wine sauce. With no seasoning chicken chunks tasted old and I could not enjoy it with the bland taste and almost off chicken. Then take us to dessert, massive amount of chocolate mousse that you cannot even got to the bottom of the mason jar because it so rich other desserts were sickly sweet and not enjoyable. Then this takes me to the cleanliness of the bathroom. The smell was bad in the hallway and I felt like I was at off the highway road stop toilet. Disgusting. Had to squat over the toilet and lest not forget the vomit in the sink. I was grateful I had hand santizer in my hand bag. Just all around a terrible experience and this has put me off this chain for good. Will not be back and do not recommend this to anyone unless you are looking for a fast and furious serving experience gone completely wrong in an unclean atmosphere. Maybe you want to die of food poisoning then go for it."
