"In general, Williams shoes returns policy is not fair, the guarantee is not that real. they just trying to sell and nothing else. I dealt with 3 staff 2 of them was very friendly but the 3rd one was not. when I bought 2 shoes for school they told me it has guarantee if it’s not fit for a purpose,then I tried to return my son sport shoes because he doesn’t feel comfortable without using it and with the labels and box, they don’t accept returns after 14 days, what the meaning of guarantee? then after long negotiations she exchanged with another model. I don’t know why she refused at the beginning?"
