"I drive 30 minute from my house to Wetheril park Lorna Jane just to exchange a shirt that I bough online and asked to wait for one hour as the staff was on break. Why would you let your customer wait 1 hour?? Can two staff just take turn to go for a break???"
"Spent all day trying to call this store about a maternity bra enquiry. Got through to another store who assured me this one was actually open and had stock to try on (as you can only try on and then have to order maternity items online). I went to the store and waited half an hour as it had a sign on the front that the employee was out for lunch (fair enough). Then spoke to another customer who had been there 3 times that day and the same sign had been up. Just as I was going to leave the employee showed up. Was very unhelpful and told me they don't stock items to try on. 40 minute drive all for nothing!"
"Terrible customer service. Obviously don’t appreciate their customers or loyalty. Went in to exchange a pair of faulty leggings with receipt within 10 days of purchase and was denied as it was determined in a moment to ‘not be a manufacturing fault’. A very negative experience that didn’t need to be so difficult and definitely won’t be back!"
