"It's been roughly 6 months since we finished up renovations with the team at Artistic kitchens and bathrooms. Joe is easy to work with, takes the time to understand what's important to us and what makes good design sense and guided us through the process. The design itself that Joe came up pretty much nailed the brief on the first go! The inclusions are quite comprehensive and great value and the variation process is very reasonable. We had niches, LED light strips, custom vanities, heated flooring and many other things added. Joe and the Artistic team take alot of pride in the quality of workmanship and that quality is reflected throughout each of the team members engaged to work on the reno. It's nice to be able to work with such an honest, transparent builder! Our renovation was extensive(larger kitchen-removal of wall, 3 x bathrooms+ laundry+study) complicated by the fact that we started as covid took hold of NSW, materials shortages etc. Upon reflection even though there were challenges with the scheduling side(could be improved by dedicated Project manager etc), communications at times was a bit hit and miss, cleanup as they progress through the work could be improved-with these tweaks they could really delight their customers. However even with all that, the overall quality and finish is very impressive and can't be faulted and that's why I'm rating artistic a 5. Joe even sourced many things over and above what we had specified to keep our project moving. Special shout out to Alex, Connor, Sev who were awesome to have in our house working on the project with such care and passion to their trade. Anyone that comes into our home are instantly wowed by the kitchen and bathroom(see before and after photos). I would definitely recommend artistic to our wider friends and family. "While our bathroom renovation looks great and the workers and tradies were lovely ( that’s why I’ve given 2 stars and not 1) it took an unbelievable 12 weeks to complete - 3 times longer than the 4 weeks quoted for a simple bathroom & separate toilet reno. This garbage skip should have been gone by week 8 as it was full but sat on our front lawn for the full 12 weeks. I guess this is what happens when a company has so many jobs happening concurrently."

Our home is about 45 years old and presented a few challenges, however Joe and the team willingly addressed the issues involved with a view to achieving our vision and making us smile. Joe's knowledge is second to none and he walks the right balance between recommending something to you but leaving you to make the decision (even if he thinks it's the wrong one!). In terms of range, the warehouse has a really good selection of everything that Artistic Kitchen uses so well worth the visit if you're trying to decide between some different products."
