"We used Impala to rip out and replace our old kitchen and adjoining laundry. We cannot fault the finished job, but on the way there were some difficulties. Firstly, the number of items of joinery (panels cupboard doorss etc) which had to be taken away and reworked was a far larger percentage of the kitchen than we would think reasonable. It probably attests to Impala's quest for perfection, but these imperfections should not have gotten through the quality control process in the first place. Secondly, when the job was about 80% complete, we had a 2 week delay in anything happening. Apparently Impala had some staff issues, but we only heard silence. Finally after a visit back to the showroom we got a new contact and the job progressed to completion. Impala were very apologetic for the delay. So overall, great quality, but not without its problems."
