"Applied to have a hot water heater installed under their advertised government rebate scheme. They had me reposition my existing heater, I paid thousands to do it and then when they were due to show up for installation of the new heater, they never showed up. They then told me I couldn't have the heater they promised I ordered and tried to flog off a poor quality one that wasn't the right size for my house. Massive time ans money wasters."

"The hot water system we had put in works very well, to start with. The appointment was scheduled for 9am - 11am, and wasn't actually until after 2pm that it was done. It would have been good to have known that ahead of time. The workmanship is fine, but not great. Subcontractors used by SunLED were polite. Note that the boxes and foam left behind will be quite large so make sure you have a plan to get rid of them ahead of time as SunLED contractors will only take the old water heater with them. Some job rubbish was left around the new hot water tank."
"Work was completed to our satisfaction. We had high bay, recessed flouro lights, and batten flouro lights replaced. We had one minor niggle with a toilet light switch not functioning after the work was done (our buildings wiring is a mess), but this was rectified promptly. The high bay lights are so much shorter that we won't need to worry about hitting them with the forklift any longer! The light is much brighter, whiter than with the old lights and the high bays light instantly."
