"VERY DISAPPOINTING! After reading their website I was totally stunned by the complete lack of 'customer service' and the fact they don't actually offer what they advertise on their website, which states they custom make pool liners "...Ideal for NEW and existing pools" (website quote). The fact that no one could be bothered speaking to me, other than the abrupt woman who answered the call, and after putting me on hold to speak to the Manager, reiterated "we can't quote as we only make liners for pools specifically designed for them" The fact that my pool is under construction and any construction requirements could have have been met, amounts to a LOST OPPORTUNITY to also supply the Pump, filter and lighting. Well Done!"

"Do not use this company unless you want your time wasted. Carmen could not answer any basic questions and it took three attempts to provide a quote and even then it was not provided on a invoice/scope of work document. I provided all the information and complied on all the requests from Ivan, however they did not bother to update their records. They said they would come out to get exact measurements, but did not bother to organise it and then tried to say they do all their business online? How do they measure a pool from online?! They said they didn't know there was a step in the pool even though it was in the emails, photos and was discussed over the phone. Also kept asking that decking needed to be removed even though I'd already advised them it was done. They had 3 weeks to be prepared but they weren't. Do not waste your time with this unprofessional company. You'll regret it and they'll blame you for it."
