I had already had a couple of good dealings with them in purchasing items from their warehouse where I found them to be very fair and accommodating in working around my schedule. I then needed a very large bookshelf (eventually 5 pieces). It was here that their professionalism and dedication really came to light. From the initial design sketch, which instantly put them ahead of anyone else who I'd spoken to, through the measuring to the final delivery and adjustments, Nando and Tuyen have been exceptional to work with. You need to be patient because the pieces are being shipped in but they are well worth the wait. The recycled teak is beautiful, the craftsmanship wonderful and the care and attention to detail from Nando and Tuyen at the Sydney end in installing and presenting the piece, second to none.
