We offer a package deal for the first 25 students who enroll in our combined offering of 'Cert III Cert IV Diploma'. This comprehensive program is designed to provide aspiring cooks with well-rounded cookery skills and a sound knowledge of kitchen operations. Under limited supervision, students will learn how to prepare food and menu items using discretion and judgment, following plans, policies, and procedures.

For experienced cooks and chefs looking to enhance their management skills and advance in the competitive hospitality industry, we offer a qualification specifically designed to meet their needs. This program equips students with the essential knowledge and skills required to effectively manage a commercial kitchen, lead a team, and maintain high standards of food production and service.

To further elevate careers in the hospitality industry, we offer the SIT50422 – Diploma of Hospitality Management. This qualification is designed for highly skilled senior operators who wish to broaden their range of hospitality skills, managerial abilities, and industry knowledge. Graduates will be prepared to work as departmental or small business managers in the hospitality sector.
