"The practice is welcoming and friendly. I see Cecilio regularly. He is the best massage therapist on the North Shore. I see him every few weeks! He’s worked with me to fix my tight calves and hamstrings from running. I wouldn’t have been able to complete my most recent marathon without him! "At the end of November 2022 I injured my left ACL playing basketball. I was referred to Richard Brock from my GP and I can’t thank Richard enough for helping me get to where I am today in my recovery. In my initial consultation with Richard he gave me a few options and one of those being adapting the bracing protocol with Tom Cross at The Stadium Clinic. The bracing protocol gave me the best hope of healing my injury without having to resort to surgery. Fast forward 6 months, I underwent the 6 week bracing protocol with Tom and continued rehab with Richard. My knee feels amazing and we are nearing the end of the rehab program. Richard throughout the process has been great. He has been supportive and contactable when needed. The results so far are amazing and my knee feels like it’s getting to where it was prior to the injury. I highly recommend Richard. His skills and knowledge is a big part of where I am today."
