"Cliff & Thomas from Total Kitchens have provided great professional services to help me re-design my outdated kitchen. Thomas provided good realistic feedback during the design process and helped me achieve our desired outcome. The cabinetry is great quality and the build+install process was fairly seamless, they took extra care working around my newly laid floors and home. Your employees and associate trades (sparky/plumber/rangehood-guy) were all very professional and prompt. I want to also shout out to John the project manager for being in contact with me often and updating me when there were minor delays. I was never left in the dark despite there being an issue or two during the manufacturing process. TK's recommended/associated trades were also clutch contacts and I would highly recommend, thank you for providing me with them, I would not have met my side of project deadlines without your contacts. My primary feedback would be one bit: - Some of the drawing / CAD plans had minor errors but were rectified on the spot during check measure. Attached to the review is a before and after."

"Our apartment kitchen was demolished, redesigned and installed by Total Kitchens. Thomas was responsive, easy to communicate with, straight forward, and happy to accommodate our requests, and the reason we opted to go with them rather than the other kitchen designers we met with. From there, Cliff and his team installed our kitchen. Along the way, there were some limitations and complications due to our old building, but with advice from Cliff, we got the best outcome possible. Big thanks to Cliff for making sure we were happy with every aspect of the project, and with seemingly unlimited patience. We've been using our new kitchen for a fortnight and can confidently recommend these guys to our friends. We're happy with our kitchen."
