"Avoid this place at all costs. Ordered a dining table 3 weeks ago and they delivered an unfinished piece of timber - nothing like the one in the showroom. They are blaming the manufacturer, but the manufacturer is trying to claim there is nothing wrong with it. No one has been out to look at it. They are trying to give me $200 back on a $2000 table to just keep it and leave. I have asked for a refund as they have failed to come out and collect or replace it for over a week now and are just making endless excuses. I have been back into the store and they are refusing to refund and refusing to call head office (which they say doesn’t exist). They actually directed me to fair trading, telling me that was my only option for a refund, despite the warranty and returns policy on their website."
