"Unfortunately, the furnitures from the shop you cannot get from anywhere else. I bought a Vitra Grand Sofa and Eames chair from them, after the sale, the follow-up service is not professional at all. I was trying get a rough estimate the shipment arrive date, also a delivery date. Many attempts of direct phone calls and emails. I did not get a follow-up call from the company at all. They also have habit of passing you onto another person because it is not their department, after the transfer if you lucky you get to speak to the person, but if they are unavailable and leave a message , its good luck if they return your message."

"I ordered two Embody here, living edge is the official Herman Miller dealer in Australia, I trust the quality and service here. If you wanna receive your chair soon, try to purchase in stock items. During this COVID period, I understand delivery would be affected. Please don’t complain long wait time, not their faults. However, I suggest you can make confirmation email more clearly. There is no update email states clear date for which day I could pickup. If the website says in stock, it will not take too long time for pick up. I am satisfied with this shopping experience, both store and warehouse staffs are so friendly and helpful. Thanks."
