The owner Michael was kind and welcoming and offered delivery of 4 pieces including a leather couch, TV cabinet, a table and a console right up a staircase right into my apartment (up a staircase) within a week of purchasing. "Although the wood on my cupboard from here is lovely, all of the fittings have quickly broken (drawer runners, the clasps that hold the doors closed, the hinges, the handles). I did talk with them about replacing the handles and they did, to their credit, but it took a while so for other items I will fix myself. The wood is lovely though."

My mate's also got a bookshelf from here that he bought before mine, and that's only shown very slight wear over the years.
