"Fresh Soul doesn’t ship to Canada and I had been eyeing their socials for years. I came in to the Blacktown shop this evening with a list of garments that I was interested in, with only about 45 min before the store would close. The staff were extremely speedy and courteous with getting the pieces for me. I was very impressed with the quality and great prices. Special thanks to the staff and manager for their help. As a first time shopper of FS and on an inaugural visit to Australia, I had a great experience."

"This shop is completely out thier mind. Sold dirty top to my wife yesterday and when take it back to return it, they refused to return the top and said only can exchange due to thier policy. The stuffs don't even know the consumer law is higher then thier in house policy. I was told to call or email the main office but couldn't find a number for the main office online to make a call. The customer service of them are zero. In the website stated that they will return and refund if the cloths are not damage by customer. My wife agreed to exchange but it won't finish here I will take it to higher levels because they think thier policy are higher then law. UPDATE to Answer from Fresh Soul owner. You or your organisation did not offered the return in first even though your worker called you over the phone infront of me you denied to refund but when We had to struggle for hours to find something to get our exchange only then the store worker whom was a nice lady and chased after your policy was told to give me back my money but by then my wife tried 20 cloths to get one and I was waiting for her for an hour or more and my daughter fall asleep in my lap because we were pushed to setuation that we should not be there in first place. Please don't show that you have done something good for us. If I had the choice to give you zero stars I would but I'm thankful to the stuff whom took a step further for me to confirm it within your organisation that she can give me refund or not. Mean while it's clearly written in your website that you were going to give refunds to people whom don't change thier mind or did not damaged the cloths. It's better you go educate your stuff more then defending your branding and lying about something that your company failed to do in first place. Teach all your stuff about consummers law and return policy within consumer law. One day you will get sued so badly then you will be sorry for your self and won't have someone around to help you."
