"I personally avoid this store unless i HAVE to go there.. the store itself is usually untidy / messy and the staff dont offer to help & if u are lucky enough to find one from behind the counter they 1.. dont say hello and make u feel welcome or 2.. if u do ask them for help they are not friendly at all... then u go to the counter the girls there are the same.."
"I had a callback from the store manager Teresa regarding my online order from blacktown store, who kept talking and her tone was so rude indirectly saying that I provided the wrong information to one of her employee . That employee me asked about my information 5 times she in-fact tested my patience . I advised the manager she needs to improve her tone and have good customer service attitude. In general all stores need to have good customer service and their respective companies need to provide good training otherwise they will lose customers . Not a happy customer for sure."
"The store has two cashiers and both have been held up with refunds and exchanges. Meanwhile there are two workers per register trying to work out the refunds and in total 7 workers congregated around the front with a growing queue and no one has bothered to hop on a teller. What a joke."
