"Sussan Blacktown staff refused to take my complaint about a faulty garment seriously- although i provided evidence of a defect- comparing a good to bad product- of the same design- of which i bought. Customers are protected supposedly by consumer legislation and refunds are entitled for a faulty garment. Sussan should permit a refund for a faulty/poorly made garment. I have many other products and this is my first dispute with them. I am disappointed with the way i have been treated, as an ardent shopper. It is not possible to exchange either as i visited the store several times, and found nothing in my size, only XXLarge. They were not willing to order a product from another store either. I am struggling to have this resolved. Considering contacting Fair Trading. Sussan staff do not care, and do not go out of their way to help. Bad service, and a great disappointment. Most other stores would not put people through such an excruciating process."
