"VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The ladies who work here are not helpful or accommodating, they don't like to help you out instead they fight back with you cause they never want to be wrong. I do love their stuff and have had a great experience with the sunshine coast store though I'd be mindful not to order something with the belrose store, because if you're not happy with something, be prepared to have a very long and difficult experience!!!"
