"I casually rang to ask a couple questions about the return policy as I’m about to purchase a couch. The man asked me if I was an exisiting customer where I answered no. He then proceeded to tell me how he doesn’t have to answer me and that I should go on your website. He was blunt and super rude with the way he abruptly said that. He could of answered with either there is no return policy or there is. But rather he went on for 2 minutes about how he doesn’t have to answer and if people called to ask him the same question it would basically be a waste of his time as he’s running a business. A business whereby he could of gotten a sale if he was polite. On top of that he just hung up while I was talking because he has no interest in answering the questions. I’ve been to two other supreme furniture stores where the customer service was amazing. So with someone like this in your company where I realised there’s plenty of reviews where this man yells at customers. It isn’t painting a great representation of your customer service and business as a whole."

"DO NOT SHOP HERE! One of the worse experience I've ever had. I had purchased a sofa with full payment and finalised the delivery date, last minute i had received A call from the store owner saying that they "are out of stock!" & if i could come into the store and choose another sofa or refund. They didn't even give me 24hr notice. i had then decided to purchase another sofa, i had also paid for assemble. On the day of delivery i had mentioned it to the driver that we had paid for it, he had then called the owner and then handed over the phone to me, the owner had said that we didn't pay and spoke very rudely. i had told him and also showed the driver my paper work that was provided by the store owner himself that was written in black and white that "assemble is paid". The driver said something in his language and walked off without me signing off the paper work. I had also purchased a mirrored clock and when i had taken it out of the box it was cracked and broken. When i called the owner about this he said that its not responsibility and hang up the call. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional."
