"Good relaxing massage time. Worth a visit next time as well."
"I received a $40 voucher to spend here. I chose the 30 minute foot massage/reflexology with foot spa. I’ve received regular massages for years and this was by far the worst. I asked if the plastic gloves could not removed, as it was irritating my skin and generally felt terrible. I was told no by the masseuse and another staff member, reasons being it wouldn’t feel good for the masseuse. I’ve never received a massage with gloves on, and I hope I never do again. I requested a refund 10 minutes into the service, and was told I could have the additional $10 I paid on card refunded, but not the $40 voucher. After numerous requests for a refund, my request for the masseuse not to wear gloves was requested. However the overall massage felt awful, the masseuse didn’t seem to know what she was doing. Luke warm oil, maybe 2 minutes total of “reflexology” style massage, with the remaining period aimlessly having my foot rubbed up and down with no real effort. I also did not receive the foot spa portion of the treatment listed in the brochure. Extremely disappointing on all parts. I won’t be returning."
