"Such a rip off of a pharmacy! I just had a repeat prescription filled at Chemist Warehouse. It cost me $12.50. The same prescription was originally filled at Ron Davis Pharmacy Melton at a cost of $31.62. That’s a difference of $19.12…almost TWENTY dollars!!! Daylight robbery! I’ll never go to Ron Davis Pharmacy again! Chemist Warehouse has just won a new regular customer!!!"

"Worst pharmacist I've ever dealt with, so disappointment with the stupidity and lack of respect!! Rude and unprofessional! Doesn't even deserve one star!! I'm 11 weeks pregnant (High Risk pregnancy) and have a Sinusitis infection that started a few days ago and started getting worse last night. The sinusitis has caused severe congestion in my nose, head, ears, jaw and teeth. Haven't been able to sleep or eat properly and most of all keep food down due to severe morning sickness. Had no choice but to call a home doctor at 2am and was completely booked out for the night but managed to get a phone appointment instead. Doctor prescribed me with Amoxicillin and said he'd send it to this pharmacy. So when I phoned the pharmacy this morning and gave them my name the pharmacist responds with "There's no prescription under your name" being completely drained from the night before and just desperately needing some antibiotics I phoned my local doctor and couldn't get any appointment unless I wait on stand-by in person or for an over the phone last minute consultation. I accepted the phone consult and not even 5 minutes later I get a phone call from the doctor who prescribed me with the exact same antibiotic as the overnight doctor did. Being a Saturday I had to pay $101 for the phone appointment which I didn't mind at this point. My partner calls me up not too long later to tell me it was weird the pharmacist never received my script. He called them up gave them my name and what do you know!!!! **They had my f**king prescription right there!!** I just lost my sh!t by this point thinking why the pharmacist was never clear to me. They had my prescription and I paid for a phone consultation for nothing. I phoned the pharmacy to ask about his mistake, turns out the guy I spoke to was the same one from 20 minutes earlier and was in fact the "manager"! I told him how I had to pay for another consultation with a doctor for nothing after he gave me false information about my prescription. All he had to say was that it's my fault I didn't give him my last name and that it was my problem. I'm pretty sure a pharmacist would usually ask for a full name but he didn't and how am I supposed to know what name comes up on their end, first or last! Just pure laziness and carelessness from this so called pharmacist stating that it's my problem, no apologies and no consideration due to my situation. From not being able to work due to having a high risk pregnancy and having a recent back injury things have been tough financially, physically and mentally this is the last issue I needed to worry about. I'm shocked by the pharmacist actions and words, and any sort of simple remark stating he was wrong on his behalf or sorry would have been way better than "It's your fault" or "That's your problem". After reading previous reviews I see this place is known for their rude and careless, mindless staff and would highly NOT recommend to deal with them if you want to be treated with respect."

"This Would have to be the Best Chemist I have Been to, since moving to Brookfield from East Ivanhoe,. The Knowledge of The Pharmacist Gerbinda is So Comforting, Not Only His Advice but his Kindness towards all Customers is Truly wonderful. The Chemist Staff, Maree, Maureen, Sue and all Staff are such Kind, very Helpful caring Soul's. Highly Recommend chemist, Great Selection of all items and Great Gift Ideas."

"First time I have been to this chemist and it will be the last. Charged almost double to fill my script compared to any other chemist in Melton. The staff were more interested in chatting to each other than doing what they are paid for.. No wonder a $17 script cost $30 here."

"Really Messed around & a rip off. Had to go back twice over 1 subscription. Didn't have enough tabs for the subscription. Gave me a date to come back on for the rest. They were still short when I came back the second time. When they finally filled the script the third time I received attitude from the Pharmacist as though they were doing me a favour filling the rest of the subscription. The thing that should be known is I had to pay for the whole subscription first up. They had me concerned they were trying to short change me with the fact were obviously annoyed I wanted the whole subscription & they couldn't keep some from me. This has been referred to the Victorian Pharmacy Authority & the practice I go to has made a note of this conduct."
