"Wow I can’t believe how many times I have to call to book an ultrasound. I’ve been calling since 12:30 it’s now 1:42pm must have a very long lunch break, I might apply for a job there. Receptionist are rude lady that does the ultrasounds so lovely and polite."

"Worst experience with Lumus Imaging on Wednesday evening. Receptionist was pretty understanding as she gave us the opportunity to scan it without the hard copy of referral letter and she asked for photo then My husband went home and sent the referral letter picture to them. My husband was on the way back and reaching in 3 minutes. In the meanwhile doctor called me in and i told her that my husband is on his way so can he enter the room later. She said it will be very quick. Not sure why she said it would very quick as I had multiple ultrasounds before in pregnancies but never had this experience. She was so fast finished the scan within 4 minutes. She said I am giving pictures for your husband. Not sure whether she checked everything as required or not as she just told me heart rate and due date and when i told her that previous pregnancies were losses but she didn’t even care no sympathy. She actually ruined our moment completely. It was our Anniversary and we specifically booked our scan on the same day. She was so rude and arrogant. I couldn’t able to see the screen as screen was completely behind her head. But it doesn’t matter to her. For her its a job but others its happiness. Never go to Lumus imaging at all. I have paid $218 for 4 minute scan with the rude doctor without manners and etiquettes. Date of visit 26 April Doctor name not written on my invoice. But i think You can identify from your records the name of the lady. Please don’t play with people’s emotions. Whats the readon for charging so high. There are clinincs which almost charges $50 lesser than you ."
"Young receptionist is very rude and has a belittling attitude. I have never had good experience with her. I cringe when she serves me. Talks to everyone like they are babies. She needs to get her pompas chip of her shoulder and change her attitude is she wants to continue working in customer service. As for the older woman, only a little bit better."
