"Wrong items were given for online order collection. Offered to swap but the items were not available. The staff were not trained to deal with online order issue only offered to online support number (and it’s closed). The staff who picked the order could have marked the items not available instead of picking the alternatives when I did not allow any substitutes. Please train your staff how to deal with online order issue as it only took me less a minute to find the chat function on the app to resolve the problem. And also give feedback to the team who collected the stock to follow the customer request if substitutes are allowed."

"Large recently renovated store always clean and most staff are helpful. Has a larger than average deli and meat counter. Would be good if more staff were on registers as queues can get annoying. Don't like that parking can be hard to find and that its so expensive to park if you stay for longer. We rarely shop here now, choosing one of the other nearby supermarkets in the area where parking is not so difficult."
