"Purchased a girl’s top in $49.90, washed once in the machine in 30 degree. Then the golden color all washed off. The shop assistant said it is too hot for the cotton look top and the cotton top need cold hand wash only. Can’t believe that those cotton look top need hand wash otherwise you should mention it when customers purchase. Disappointed! Besides, you also deleted my comments on your Facebook. Is this the attitude you toward customers? The worst experience ever! Will never come back to this brand!"
