"What a disgraceful BWS outlet this is. We arrived at the advertised open time but it was all locked up. After waiting half an hour we went into the Shoppingtown hotel to see if they could help. And what excellent service we received there as they tried to find out what was happening - it should be noted that the hotel and the BWS outlet are separate businesses. They even offered us free coffees whilst we waited! No such service from BWS, after an hour of waiting we were finally able to talk to a Customer Service (I use that term loosely) person by the name of Eve on the telephone, who said he would raise a 'ticket' for investigation.... When pressed, he took our number and said someone would ring us back. No such luck, it is now over 24 hours later and we still haven't heard. Finally, about 4:00pm, my wife spoke to the store and was told that the person meant to open had called in sick When we asked about the wine we wanted to purchase, with no hesitation we were told they didn't have any! This is despite their website saying they did. At this point we gave up as absolutely no one working for BWS had offered any apology for the inconvenience we had experienced - sorry is not that hard to say. What a disgusting organisation, a pity really as our local Hawthorn BWS has always provided good service."
