"Very unhappy with the delivery service.On phone customer service lady said delivery guy just need your hand from door as he got trolley to lift mattress from car to the door but delivery boy did not use his trolley at all and asked me to pick other side of mattress king size from car to the door.Very unprofessional. Paid Delivery fees for no reason. Not happy at all."
