"some things are good yes, but as a seconds warehouse doesn't seem to have big savings on things when if you ask at a normal shop for a discount you'll get the same price discounts. and the products at this store has been dirty or damaged or missing something. but they still ask quite a bit for their stock, always make them an offer better then advertised."
"I purchased a table in January and requested for it to be held until I was ready for it to be delivered. I was then promised that it would be delivered in April with delivery confirmation set on a date. I took a day off work to receive the table, but nothing came. I called the store and spoke to the Manager who was unhelpful in giving me a definitive answer on tracing the mistakes that happened. He had a blasé attitude and said that he didn't know exactly why it had happened and it was sold at the St Mary's store. As a manager of the store, he should've been well aware of stock control and also give an explanation of how the incident had happened. Will not purchase from James Lane ever again."
"Bought 8 leather dining chairs at this outlet with a no returns clause on them because they are at the outlet and they have steadily been breaking one has just collapsed on my 70 year old father in law and can't be replaced or fixed. Waste of money and time trying to deal with this lot do not recommend any furniture from here stay away!"
"Exceptionally low prices. Doesn't always have what your after, however you I will be able to find something that you have been after. They get a few deliveries a week, and there's a big turn over of stock so if you are prepared to come back a couple of times you'll be undoubtablly be able to find what you're after."
