Welcome to the Western Sydney University - Hawkesbury Campus - Student Services Hub! Located in Richmond, New South Wales, our institution is dedicated to providing exceptional support and assistance to our students.

At our Student Services Hub, we understand that your time is valuable. That's why we have implemented a convenient virtual queue system, allowing you to reserve your place in line using your mobile device. Simply access the 'Services' section on the Western App, even before you arrive at the Hub, and secure your spot. You'll receive an SMS notification when it's your turn, allowing you to continue studying or relaxing instead of waiting in a physical queue.

Don't have a phone? No worries! You can also add yourself to the queue through our Student Services Hub website or by using the kiosk at the Hub. The kiosk provides a digital screen nearby, keeping you updated on your position in the queue.

In addition to our virtual services, we offer a Virtual Service option, allowing you to connect with our friendly team without having to come to campus. Simply join the Virtual Service queue on our website and follow the SMS prompts to establish a Zoom connection with a staff member from the Student Services Hub.

Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, from 9am to 4:30pm, and we are closed on public holidays. During exam periods, our hours are extended to align with the exam timetables, ensuring we are available when you need us the most.
