"They are really bad they don’t have any staff bcz of their bad behaviour with students they always torcher new students give unpaid Tranning to them nd then never give shifts to them just froud things they can do…"
"Went to the store to buy a can of ghee and ended up also buying a chyawanprash and a bottle of hajmola. Paid for the items and went back to my car parked outside the store and as soon as I opened the door to put the items inside, i realised that the bottle of hajmola was broken. I thought no biggie - probably not the stores fault and went back to exchange expecting it to be a seamless exchange as you would expect in these situations but the lady at the counter pretty much accused me of breaking the bottle and said she will check the camera to confirm. In the meanwhile i paid for another bottle because i was confident the camera would show that i had only opened the door to my car and had returned back straight away and i thought might as well grab a second bottle that I’ll use anyway. The footage showed that i went to the car and had returned back straight away but because my wife had opened the boot to store some of the other items and was partially obscured from the camera for maybe 5 secs- she deduced that she can’t be 100% sure and that maybe my wife had broken the bottle instead. It was clearly visible that no item had fallen onto the floor because any attempt to pickup would have shown up in the camera and those bottles are quite sturdy to break on their own. I was genuinely shocked by this experience - it was only a $5 item - barely worth a cup of coffee but the pettiness shown by the lady is what’s induced me to post this review and reflect on my experience at the store. I picked up the second bottle and left and needless to say won’t be returning back to the store. Their loss , as we’re new to the area and would have made regular customers."
"I went to this store as I was waiting for my order next door at Delhi nights. I have been asked by the lady there few times if I need help with something - but few times in 10 minutes is not normal. She also told me that they are limiting the time for the customer in the store due to covid(I was the only one there so what social distance are we talking about). I took out a Marie gold biscuit pack and she literally said it’s expired- why is it on shelf then. I came home and told my husband what happened and he was like that’s not right. We all do end up buying things while we browse. Not everyone coming to your store has an alternate motive."
"Never recommend. Bought 5kg of rice and saw these worms after opening. The most disappointing was when we tried to return, they behaved very rude and didn't even care to take a look at it and listen to our problem. Prices are also very high. See the attached photos. will never buy from this store again."
