"Don't bother to go there, worst staff you'll ever meet sooooo rude, i think never Never been trained. Specially there's one guy wearing a glasses in there he should get fired otherwise this shop will shut down from him. I used to go there everyday, not because it's a good shop but nearest to me am lazy. Until I met this guy I wouldn't go back if I have to drive for an hour to get my shopping, he was serving me while he's on the phone but all goods I didn't mind, he scanned all my stuff then he left me waiting on the counter and went inside a small room next to the counter and I tried to call him few times didn't answer and he carried on his phone. "Always made to wait. Manager refuses to server even when he is at the counter he will yell for staff to stop stacking shelves to serve. Manager can’t manage store let alone keep staff. They are always understaffed and you wonder why. The manager needs to be fired and replaced with a customer focused manager and friendly to staff not one that refuses to take customer serious and start acting in the customer interests rather then doing it his way and that’s the only way. Customer comes first not your paper work. Several times I’ve had to wait because he has been on the computer less then 2 meters away, he makes me wait til he is ready or finished. Never apologises just comes out and serves. Also start saying hello to all customers not just the ones you like."
