Welcome to CODE4FUN Sydney Programming School in Mosman, Australia! Located at Art Gallery Way, our institution is a point of interest for kids who are interested in computer science, coding, and all things digital.

One of our popular courses is the Scratch Beginner coding course. This course is designed for kids and consists of four levels, with 10 lessons per level and 25 projects in total. The main goal of this course is to ensure that students understand the fundamentals of coding and are able to create simple programs themselves. Throughout the course, students will create video games such as Pong, Breakout, Slither.io, Fruit Ninja, as well as develop simple animations and cartoons. Using block-based coding in Scratch, developed by MIT Media Lab, students will learn computer science concepts and coding terminology such as loops, conditionals, and variables. Our experienced instructors will closely guide students through the creation of projects while also encouraging them to work independently. Students will have access to an online programming environment with endless study materials, allowing them to advance their coding skills outside of the classroom.

By the end of the Scratch Beginner coding course, students will have a solid understanding of coding concepts such as loops, conditionals, and variables. They will also be able to code simple software projects on their own. To ensure their progress, all students will undergo a formal assessment, and parents will receive individual reports outlining their child's achievements and progress.

Another exciting course we offer is the Unity 3D & C# Pro coding course. This course also consists of four levels, with 10 lessons per level. Throughout the year, students will work on approximately 5-8 game prototypes. The aim of this course is to expand students' knowledge of both the designer's Unity world and the coder's C# environment. Students will be encouraged to take control of their projects and create their own end products.

By the end of the Unity 3D & C# Pro coding course, students will possess a strong knowledge of Unity and C# and will have the tools to start designing their own games in Unity. This course aims to strengthen students' programming ability, level design skills, and experimental creativity. They will have an extensive understanding of logic, data structures, and events. Similar to the Scratch Beginner course, students will undergo a formal assessment, and parents will receive individual reports outlining their child's achievements and progress.

For our long-term CODE4FUN students, we offer the Unity 3D & C# Extension coding courses. This program is designed for advanced programming structures and explores 4 major game prototypes, building off a syllabus typically reserved for university-level studies. Students will further strengthen their understanding of the Unity environment and engage with design thinking skills.

By the end of the Unity 3D & C# Extension coding course, students will possess a strong knowledge of Unity and C# and will be confident in designing a game in Unity. This course aims to strengthen students' programming ability, level design skills, experimental creativity, and also introduces augmented reality concepts. As with our other courses, students will undergo a formal assessment, and parents will receive individual reports outlining their child's achievements and progress.
