"Not very friendly for children and families, the children 's swimming area is too tinny, and nothing can play with. Customer service is rude and bossy. Friday and Thursday lifesaver is always judging people, speaking harshly and being grumpy. During the kids' lesson, parents all have to force sit in a small bench chair area, plus the ventilation system is lousy; the inside is hot and humid. This space should not be granted as a public swimming pool; only suitable for community use."
"Been at the centre for years. Very unhappy with how BlueFit run things compared to the last owners. Not enough classes. My child progresses, then there is no classes available in the next tier. Squeezed into a late class ,that is too late for 5 year olds in my opinion, and now stuck with no options. Hopefully the centre gets back up to scratch if we decide to return later in the year. The staff are all very lovely on site and we will miss them."
"The water temperature is freezing!!! Also, the staff at the front desk are often young and unexperienced and often do not pick up the phone. It took ages to get a transfer to the Lane pool processed. Luckily, I managed to get it easily done by contacting the support team via email."
"I'd give 0 stars if that was possible. Very happy to take your money, but cancel classes without warning. Poor communication from reception staff. No coach turns up & no phone call (yet you still pay for the session). Absolutely no better than the previous swim school that was at this venue. Avoid."
"I rang before going to see if the pool was open to the general public and was told to come from 3pm on Saturday because the swim classes would all be over. I arrived at 3.30pm and only 2 lanes were available. The 2 lanes were made into 3 very narrow lanes with about 20 people sharing the 3 lanes. It was impossible to swim laps. I went to speak to the staff about a refund but there was only one lady at the counter who was on the phone booking a student for swim classes. I waited for about 15mins but decided it wasn't worth waiting any longer. The pool is really a private pool for swim classes not for casual lap swimming. I don't mind but they shouldn't be trying to cater for lap swimmers if they don't have the space. Just be honest and close the pool to the general public and focus on swim classes."
