"Initially I was served by a middle aged female staff with fair colour hair i should ask her name. Looked for a can of formula there was none on the shelf. I got an answer from this lady said they don't have stocks if i cannot find it on the shelf. However i could see they have stocks online in this store then i got an answer from her again said oh this is for pick up only. Well that means you do have stocks in store right?? I walked away as i knew she just lied and been lazy refused to help. Luckily I found another staff Vincent. He was so lovely for checking stocks on the store phone and went back to their warehouse finally found out a formula for me.Thanks for your help Vincent! :)"
"I recently visited Big W and had a good shopping experience. The store has a wide selection of products at affordable prices, and the layout is easy to navigate. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the checkout process was quick and efficient. I appreciated the variety of products available, particularly the homeware and electronics sections, which had some great deals. The only downside was that some of the items I was looking for were out of stock or low in quantity, which was a bit disappointing."
