"I went into the store to look at some earrings, made me feel like a criminal that was going to steal. There were some earrings in a rotating display cabinet. The only way for me to look at them was to go down this pathway on the other side given another customer was looking at something near by and blocking my access to the cabinet. There were no signs stating “no entry” down that path, in fact it was a path with jewellery displayed on either side. The store keeper rudely interrupts me as I started to enquire about a pair of earrings, cuts me off and says “go around the other side!”. She then doesn’t bother to follow up with, “What can a I help you with?” Instead I had to ask her the question again hoping I wouldn’t be interrupted. Lesson for the store owners: if you treat your customers like filth, make them feel bad for looking at products because you think they are going to steal or something, you lose your clientele. I liked those gold earrings, would have very much bought them, but out of principle I left the store. Definitely don’t want to be giving my money to these people who have zero customer service skills."
