"Adding to the long list of negative reviews towards Michelle. Where to even start?! I have never met a more rude and condescending human being in my life! Who tells someone's partner "She got it off of Ebay" or "She came in to buy a box and a bag" which to my poor partner, just wanting his pandora bracelet resized, made it sound like I had bought a cheap knock off for our anniversary. I am absolutely appalled by this wretched excuse for a woman, especially since when I called the store to discuss this with Michelle, the woman lied through her teeth about the way she treated both myself and my partner. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! FIRE MICHELLE."

"Went into the Erina store, a lady named Michelle served me, was looking for a charm for my husband to purchase for me at a later time, found what I wanted and asked for the number of the charm so I could give it to my husband, her answer was, just tell him it’s a new charm and the price is $79. She would not give me the number. So my husband bought me something from another store, not Pandora. If I could give a score from 1-10 I would give -100. Will never shop at the Erina store again while Michelle is still there."

"Very dissapointed, picked up a click and collect for my son to give to his girlfriend and they hand me 2 clip lock bags containing the necklace in it, I asked can I get a box and was told you can buy one for $6.95 this big huge one and I said no as it was too big, do you have any smaller ones ? I was thinking like the ones you get charms in etc “no sorry” they said and just hand over two clear clip lock bags with a necklace in it. Nice gift for my son to give his girlfriend. I was horrified. And so was he when I had to hand that to him. I was happy to pay for a box but only one option what a disgrace. Not even given a bag. Sorry won’t be back and my son won’t either he was very dissapointed"

"Lovely team at the Erina store, I often like to have a sticky beak, and there is never any pressure to buy on the spot. The attentiveness to the customers does not go unnoticed. The other day I was in store and the lovely, Zoe noticed my Pandora ring from about 4 years ago, and kindly took it upon herself to offer a complimentary clean. This type of customer service and generosity with their time is why I like coming to the Erina store."
