"Took my near 18 year old son to get a nice ring for his 18th birthday. We went from jewellery shop to jewellery shop. At Prouds Erina, we were served by Tatiana. What a gem of a staff member. She had her finger on the pulse as soon as we described what my son liked. We walked away with 2 rings, casual and dress ring. Thankyou Tatiana, your service was certainly the best at Erina."

"I came into the store today and was served by a lady named Sharon. Sharon made it clear that I was not welcome in the store with her snarky attitude even though I was a paying customer. I would recommend that if Sharon approaches you in this store, you walk straight out. Worst customer experience I have ever received considering jewellery is such a happy occasion gift. I went to Michael Hill instead and they were lovely so I ended up purchasing from there."

"Went in there a day prior to this incident to look at watches then to go home and think about it that night. After deciding I wanted to buy that watch I went back up to erina just to overhear one of the workers (British accent) say to her co worker “oh not these to boys again” and rolled her eyes. After that I walked out and didn’t buy the watch. So appalling and so inappropriate for a customer service standpoint and so rude and unfair. This lady has lost the store a sale and proud two customers."

"What a disappointing visit to purchase a necklace today. There was no customer service. Sharon was very rude to me and clearly didn't want to be there. I ended up walking out after telling her manager. With the reviews on here I can't understand how Sharon still has a job there. So if you want to buy anything in Prouds Erina Fair don't go to Sharon as she is past her use by date for the store...."
