"I ordered a ring on 25/7 and was told I could pick it up the following Thursday. It gets to Monday after so I gave them a call and asked what was happening. They then told me that it needed to be custom made because the ring size was to small which they said would take about 6 weeks. I have tried to call the store 12 times throughout this week with no one answering. It’s ridiculous. This is my partners wedding ring!!"
