"If you're thinking about a private tour in the Yarra Valley, then you honestly can't go past All Access Tours. Following a recommendation from our accommodation host, we enquired about doing a winery tour as part of our anniversary weekend - we completed the Contact form on the All Access Tours website, filling out as many details as possible so Chris knew what we were after. Within hours, Chris had come back to us with a great selection of options and a proposed itinerary, including some local boutique wineries, some real hidden gems, and a divine lunch... so of course we booked in! Chris's communication in the lead up was perfect, and from the moment he arrived to pick us up we felt thoroughly pampered. Not only did we travel in style, but Chris ensured we were looked after beautifully at each venue. He offered us perfect measures of local knowledge, wine knowlege, stunning wineries & restaurants, luxury, privacy and attentiveness. And we haven't even mentioned the gin or the cheese!! "Chris was without a doubt the best tour guide I've used in the Yarra Valley. As a Melbourne local I thought I had a good idea of most boutique wineries in the Yarra Valley. Chris not only introduced us to some of our new favourite places, but also arranged for us to have tastings of reserves and extra wines not usually offered at these places. "On Jan 5 this year we enjoyed a private tour with Chris - in his luxurious Mercedes - to four wineries of our choosing. Our earlier plans to see friends were upset by the Co-vid resurgence in Melbourne. At very late notice - early afternoon Jan 1 - I contacted Chris in the hope of organising a wine tour for the following Tuesday. I provided him with five preferred wineries to visit. By late that evening (after 11 pm), he had organised the tour and provided an itinerary that included four of my preferred options. His efforts on our behalf amply demonstrate his commitment and dedication to his clients. He genuinely enjoys his work and actively aims to provide an enjoyable experience. Even before we met for the tour, he offered advice in regard to accommodation and offered options in relation to our dinner requirements the night before. On the day Chris was punctual, his Mercedes was spacious and clean, water and snacks were provided. Chris has worked at wineries in the Yarra Valley, so he does have considerable knowledge in regard to the region as well as the wine industry. More importantly he is an affable guide who enjoys the company of his guests. The schedule proceeded at an appropriate pace - 4 wineries then a five star quality two course meal at Yering Station. If you are looking for a genuine five star experience - a personal wine tour for 2-4 people, with tastings pre-organised and fees paid, then this is the tour for you. Cannot recommend highly enough. "I cannot recommend Chris enough! We originally had our private tour booked for July last year however unfortunately due to Melbourne's restrictions and changing work schedules we had to move the booking 4 times, each time Chris was understanding and accomodating. The day itself was perfect - Chris took all our requests on board, took us to wineries we would not have known about, he was professional yet personable and always happy to have a chat. It is clear he has built a great network in the Yarra, and that shows with the places you go and the owners of vineyards and properties you meet. We will definitely be using All Access whenever the occasion calls for a day in the Yarra!"

"Chris took my partner Emily and I out on a half day tour today. It was our first time doing wine tasting and vineyard tour and Chris took the time to explain everything to us in detail (even some of my complete amateur wine knowledge ones) It was a wonderful day out and I really enjoyed the intimate personal touch that Chris brought to the day, nothing was a problem and Chris was thoroughly professional throughout and took us to four beautiful wineries all of which we really enjoyed they all had a different story and some fabulous wines. I started the day with zero wine knowledge but ended it will a broader understanding of the wine making process and found myself enjoying wine like I never have before.
