"I went to Castle Hill pandora to exchange the bracelet due to size that I bought during promotion(spend $150 get free bracelet). I went after the promotion was finished.The girl in the store refused to exchange without even checking the stock in the system. A week after, I went to another pandora and they checked in their system and told me that Castle Hill has 5 bracelets in stock. I called Castle Hill store and asked for exchange. The staff named Mandy said they don’t have any in stock. I said that I know you guys have in stock because I checked with another store. She still denied. I asked her to send an email to me saying that we don’t have any bracelets in stock. Already been one week still waiting for the email from Castle Hill. Castle Hill is my local store, but now after this worst experience I would rather travel a bit to spend my money at Pandora where I will get best customer service and support. I would never recommend Castle Hill store to anyone."
"Had a really good experience with a staff member (young female in her low to mid 20s with brown long ish hair). She was super friendly and offered to help me quickly after I entered the store. When I was looking at the jewellery, she offered helpful advice and was really patient with me as I decided on what to get. She was also very careful with everything and took the time to explain things well to me. Based on her service alone, and the general cleanliness and setup of the store, I’d recommend Pandora at Castle Towers!"
