Flexibility is a crucial aspect of being a ninja, which is why our coaches are trained in gymnastics-based stretching techniques. This ensures that our Ninja Kids properly stretch before classes to prioritize safety, as well as after classes to enhance their range of motion. Additionally, gymnastics-based conditioning plays a key role in conquering Ninja obstacles. Our coaches design a variety of fun and effective conditioning circuits and games that improve strength and overall fitness.

Improving coordination is another important aspect of our program. Our balance and speed obstacles are specifically designed to enhance coordination skills. We also incorporate parkour elements, which introduce progressive challenges and add an athletic and exciting dimension to the obstacles.

Ninja Kids obstacles encompass a wide range of skills, including grip strength, speed, agility, balance, gymnastics swinging and tumbling, and parkour. Through our program, children not only gain new friends but also have the potential to work towards competing in Ninja competitions.

In addition to our regular classes, we also offer birthday party bookings for children aged 6 and older. These parties take place from Friday afternoon through Sunday and provide access to the entire Ninja Kids gym, including all obstacles. Our qualified and experienced coaches will facilitate structured activities and supervised free time, ensuring a memorable experience for the birthday Ninja and their guests. The party package also includes invitations, use of the kitchen and reception area, and a free gift for the birthday Ninja.
