"This place needs some maintenance, the ball pit doesn't have enough balls, the wooden plank/bridge is broken, the toys are scattered everywhere with nothing in its correct place. I know kids are messy but I have been to indoor playgrounds where staff are regularly putting back toys in their respective places - it makes for a neater and pleasant playing experience. What annoyed me the most was that we weren't allowed to bring prams in. I had my toddler and baby with me and I had to strap my baby with me the whole time in the carrier while my toddler was playing. Please consider changing this policy as it is very inconvenient and tiring to be carrying multiple heavy bags into the area and with a baby strapped to you the entire time - she had nowhere to sleep but on me! If for some reason this policy can't be changed, please put this on your website so parents can make an informed decision. The highlight for me was the bacon and egg roll. This was actually the best bacon and egg roll i've ever had!"

"We had a wonderful experience at KiddoKove Hornsby for my daughter's birthday celebration. The staff was incredibly friendly, and Chef Wilson impressed us with his delicious cooking. Despite my daughter's celiac condition, Chef Wilson went out of his way to ensure that all of our food was gluten-free, and that we didn't encounter any problems. The food was so good that it was difficult to tell if it was gluten-free or not. I highly recommend this venue to any parents who are looking for a great time while accommodating special dietary needs. Thank you to Chef Wilson and the entire team at KiddoKove for making our experience so memorable."

"Really well run, well designed, well looked after place with great staff! They include a lot of “spaces within spaces” in a relatively small area… ball pit, 2 slides, merry go round, dress up, shop, foam building, cube pit, a cool rope playground, and more! Great bathrooms and a cafe!!! In the cafe there’s a full set of 9 video streams to assist observing your child… but in fact there’s also excellent line of sight from anywhere to almost anywhere inside. Today is a good stress test - wet day and heaps of people. Sensibly they capped the max # of people who could come in and took mobile phone #s of families who wanted to queue up virtually to come in. The manager called each family personally when there was space to enter. She gave running queue time updates too. Oh and our little one loves it here too!"

"good service, good quality of drink, clean environment ., they also have washroom for kids and parents., definitely i will come again but unfortunately they only have one trolley for their "supermarket" and this one and only one trolley was broken and they don't fix it yet ! suggest to add two more trolleys for the kids cos' they like this kind of "shopping experience" so much !"
