"Incompetent and rude staff (my experience based on Sunday staff). Too busy discussing their private lives behind the counter, then when I did make an inquiry, I was told the wrong information. You would think Speedo would educate their staff on their own products; evidently not. Emailed Speedo (headquarters)... and they were just as unhelpful/incompetent. I even provided evidence (photos). Problem not resolved by Speedo due to attitude of shirking responsibility (is it any wonder the staff are incompetent?). Hence, I will never buy a Speedo product again. ###Response: I stated I did that (got in touch with Speedo)... re-read my review - I clearly stated I got nowhere (hence this review)... and hence not worth wasting any more time on!"
